Children can access a range of high quality resources across three classrooms. They also have access to a fantastic outdoor area which children can use to enhance their play and learning experiences. Meet the Upper Foundation Stage Team: Miss Rothery (Foundation Stage Leader), Miss Whitehead (Class Teacher) Mrs Seward (Teaching Assistant), Miss Robertson (Teaching Assistant) and Mrs Hepplestone (Teaching Assistant). There are lots of playmates here! We are one big happy family with lots of caring staff to help us in our work and play.Or Foundation Stage Topics this year are Wonderful Me, Build It, To Infinity and Beyond, Dinosaurs and Superheroes.

The parent/child relationship is a very special one. You as parents should feel privileged to have it and be prepared to make the most of it. Have fun with your children, spend time talking to them and playing with them. Wait patiently for your child to reach each stage of development and enjoy each stage they are at rather than trying to rush them on. Please also show interest in them and their learning. Help us to help your child As parents and carers you will probably be wondering how you can support us in extending your child’s learning at home. A number of leaflets and booklets have been produced to assist you in this if you would like copies of these, or if you have further questions, please just ask. A member of the Foundation Stage Staff is always available to help.
