Welcome to Y5 Roy Lichtenstein!
Check out our fantastic class page!

We have P.E. every Tuesday during the afternoon session. Please ensure that your child comes to school prepared with their full P.E. kit and appropriate outdoor footwear. We have a weekly library session during Friday afternoon, in which children will be able to read fiction, non-fiction and poetry texts for pleasure. They will also have the opportunity to change their book during this time. Homework will be given in the form of a topic menu and MyMaths homework. The booklet will. Children will be expected to use their individual logins to access Timestables Rockstars at home to help them with their multiplication recall. MyMaths homework will be set online and should also be completed on a weekly basis. The MyMaths homework reinforces what we have been teaching during the week. Every week, children will be taught a new spelling rule in class. The spellings will be sent home every Monday, in preparation for our spelling test on the following Monday. Each child will receive five spellings to practise.
